Building a decent online store today means choosing between Shopify — fast but rented, with a per-sale cut and your brand forced into its mold — or WooCommerce, which is yours but weighs a ton.
Reactor Store is the base: a headless e-commerce engine, served from the edge, that connects to your real catalog and puts your brand on top. The same codebase runs as three visually distinct storefronts; switching between them is an environment variable, not a redesign.
How it works
- One engine, any brand. Colors, type and layout come from a theme. Three are included: Lumen (minimal, for premium and tech), Voltage (bold, for streetwear) and Atelier (classic, for luxury and artisan goods).
- Your real catalog. Adapter layer: WooCommerce (WPGraphQL), Shopify (Storefront API) or JSON. The frontend doesn't know where the data comes from.
- Checkout that resolves. Customer details on-site and a hand-off to WhatsApp, to WooCommerce's payment order, or to Shopify's checkout — server-side, without exposing keys.
- Genuinely fast. Astro with Vue islands: zero JavaScript across most of the page. SSR with CDN caching, optimized images, a Lighthouse target of 100.
Instant fuzzy search, persistent and accessible cart and wishlist, full SEO (metadata, Open Graph, JSON-LD, dynamic sitemap), pre-payment stock recheck, 100+ automated tests and CI. Deploy on Docker, Vercel, Netlify or Node.
It's not a product you buy and set up alone: we hand it to you running with your brand, your catalog and your payment method. There are three live demos to walk the full flow before you decide.
