What was the problem to solve?
Chile Chico, a high-volume events company, faced a critical bottleneck in its logistics and quoting. They relied on error-prone manual calculations to estimate supplies (such as liters of beverage per person), applied discounts by hand, and lacked visibility into the real transport costs based on the event's location.

Financial Precision and Geospatial Logistics: The system calculates per diems and transport costs by cross-referencing the event's location with geographic coordinate polygons mapped by the company. It also predicts the exact consumption of supplies (such as beverages per attendee) and applies complex pricing logic (like 2-for-1 children's promotions and tax breakdowns) in milliseconds.
Omnichannel Orchestration and Automation: Once a quote is confirmed, the platform works on its own. It generates PDF receipts, fires automatic WhatsApp notifications to the client (via API), updates the sales funnel in Pipedrive (CRM), and books operational staff in Google Calendar. All in a single transaction.
Security, Auditing, and Cloud Efficiency: It features an immutable audit log to track every price or configuration change, preventing internal fraud. At the infrastructure level, the separation of frontend and backend lets the system "shut down" when not in use, reducing server costs to minimal levels.
